Ingredients

Extra-virgin olive oil
Dijon mustard
Fresh lemon juice
Honey
Shallot
Sea salt
Butter lettuce (1 head)
Radishes (4)
Avocado (1, pitted and sliced)
Fresh chives
Freshly cracked black pepper (optional)

Instructions

Wash and dry butter lettuce leaves; remove stems.
Thinly slice radishes and avocado.
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, honey, minced shallot, and sea salt.
In a serving bowl, toss lettuce, radishes, and avocado with the dressing.
Top with freshly chopped chives and additional pepper, if desired.
