Delicious and healthy grilled chicken nuggets that are easy to prepare and perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • ½ tsp Garlic Powder
  • ½ tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbs Powdered Sugar
  • ¼ tsp Paprika
  • ½ tsp Dried Parsley
  • 1 lb chicken breast (boneless and skinless)
  • ½ cup apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ cup milk

Instructions

  1. Cube the chicken breast and set aside.
  2. Combine garlic powder, onion powder, salt, powdered sugar, paprika, and parsley in a small bowl.
  3. Mix apple cider vinegar, milk, and 1 tablespoon of your spice mix in a medium-sized bowl. Add the cubed chicken and let it marinate for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and pat dry. Coat the chicken with the remaining spice mixture.
  5. Heat the grill to high or add oil to a grill pan and heat on high. Add the chicken and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  6. Serve your Grilled Chicken Nuggets with some sauce and enjoy!
