Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 lbs chicken tenders
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 stick butter
  • 810 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan, grated
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce
  • 2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/3 cup parsley, minced
  • 1 tbsp ranch seasoning
  • 1 tsp dill
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1.5 tbsp ranch seasoning
  • 1 tsp dill
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Toss the chicken tenders in olive oil and the chicken seasonings to coat them well.
  2. To make the sauce, melt the butter in a saucepan. Add the minced garlic, Parmesan, hot sauce, red pepper flakes, parsley, ranch seasoning, dill, and onion powder. Simmer the mixture for a few minutes.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the chicken onto skewers, spacing them out evenly.
  5. Grill the skewers for 10-15 minutes, turning them occasionally until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  6. In the last few minutes of grilling, brush the skewers with the garlic Parmesan butter sauce.
  7. Serve with any extra sauce on the side. Enjoy!

Notes

Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning. Consider marinating the chicken for extra flavor.
