2 lbs chicken tenders
2 tbsp olive oil
1 stick butter
8–10 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup Parmesan, grated
1 tbsp hot sauce
2 tsp red pepper flakes
1/3 cup parsley, minced
1 tbsp ranch seasoning
1 tsp dill
1/2 tsp onion powder
1.5 tbsp ranch seasoning
1 tsp dill
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Instructions
Toss the chicken tenders in olive oil and the chicken seasonings to coat them well.
To make the sauce, melt the butter in a saucepan. Add the minced garlic, Parmesan, hot sauce, red pepper flakes, parsley, ranch seasoning, dill, and onion powder. Simmer the mixture for a few minutes.
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Thread the chicken onto skewers, spacing them out evenly.
Grill the skewers for 10-15 minutes, turning them occasionally until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
In the last few minutes of grilling, brush the skewers with the garlic Parmesan butter sauce.
Serve with any extra sauce on the side. Enjoy!
