A festive and easy dessert salad combining creamy cheesecake and fresh berries, perfect for summer gatherings.

  • 3.4 oz Cheesecake flavored instant pudding
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese (room temperature)
  • 8 oz Whipped topping
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 10 oz Mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup Sliced strawberries
  • 1 cup Fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup Fresh raspberries

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the cheesecake flavored instant pudding mix, whipped topping, cream cheese, and milk until smooth.
  2. Next, gently fold in the mini marshmallows into the cheesecake dressing.
  3. Carefully mix in the berries, adding one type at a time.
  4. Once everything is mixed, cover the bowl and chill in the fridge for at least one hour.

Notes

Serve directly from the bowl or in dessert cups, garnished with extra berries. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
