Delicious and easy Smash Burger Sliders perfect for parties and gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ½ pounds Ground Beef (80/20)
  • ½ teaspoon Pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 2 Tablespoons Salted Butter
  • 12 Slices Cheddar Cheese
  • 12 Slider Rolls or Hawaiian Rolls

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Beef by rolling it into 1.5-ounce balls and seasoning with salt and pepper.
  2. Preheat your Blackstone Grill over high heat (approximately 400°F).
  3. Toast the slider rolls for 2 minutes until golden, then set aside.
  4. Melt the remaining butter on the griddle.
  5. Smash the beef balls on the griddle to form patties using parchment paper and a burger press or spatula.
  6. Cook the patties for 2 minutes until juices rise and edges brown.
  7. Flip the patties without smashing again and cook for an additional minute.
  8. Add a slice of cheese on each patty to melt.
  9. Assemble sliders with 2 patties on each roll.
  10. Top with desired toppings and serve.

Notes

Don’t overwork the beef for juiciness. Get a good sear and keep an eye on the cheese melting.
