Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken tenders, thighs, or breast
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 stick butter
  • 810 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan, grated
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce (more if desired)
  • 2 teaspoons red pepper flakes
  • 1/3 cup fresh parsley, minced
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Prep and skewer chicken by cutting it into bite-sized pieces, then mix with olive oil and spices.
  2. Make the garlic Parmesan butter sauce by melting butter and sautéing garlic before adding Parmesan and seasonings.
  3. Cook the chicken skewers on a grill or grill pan for about 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  4. Serve the skewers hot, drizzled with remaining butter sauce and garnished with parsley.

Notes

Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning. Feel free to add vegetables to the skewers for extra flavor.
